Common starting points

What is Company Memory?

Company Memory is a structured, operational map of how your company actually works — not a document store or wiki, but active knowledge built from your real workflows. It captures the processes, approval chains, vendor relationships, reporting rules, and operational decisions that exist in people's heads but never make it into software. Pars discovers this knowledge through a guided Discovery session, structures it, and keeps it as a living foundation that AI Skills can read, follow, and execute against.

What is a Pars Skill and how does it work?

A Pars Skill is a structured AI workflow — not a chatbot or assistant. It follows business logic built around your company's processes, reads context from Company Memory, validates that context, takes action, and returns a traceable outcome. Skills can be triggered manually, on a schedule, or automatically based on operational events. They work across procurement, inventory management, approvals, reporting, and any workflow where your company relies on structured operational knowledge.

What is Pars Cloud Hub?

Pars Cloud Hub is the shared operational environment where teams, managers, and AI Skills work together. Instead of switching between disconnected tools, Hub keeps approvals, acknowledgements, discussions, and actions connected to the work they belong to. Every message and task moves with the context needed to act on it — routed based on your Company Memory and workflows.

How does the Discovery session work?

A Discovery session is a structured working session where we analyze your workflows, communication structure, operational dependencies, and company knowledge together. The goal is to surface how work actually flows in your organization — who owns decisions, where approvals happen, and what operational knowledge exists only in people's heads. The output is a practical Scorecard and the foundation for your Company Memory.

What does the Operational Scorecard show?

The Scorecard identifies where AI can create the biggest operational impact in your company. It highlights specific areas where Company Memory, AI Skills, and workflow automation can create measurable business value — based on a real analysis of your workflows and operational structure, not a generic assessment.

How is Pars different from a wiki or knowledge base?

A wiki stores documents. Pars builds operational memory — the structured, active knowledge of how your company actually operates. The difference is that Pars memory is designed to be used, not just read. It feeds directly into AI Skills and Hub, updates as your team works, and provides the context that lets AI act on your company's behalf with accuracy and traceability.

How do AI Skills connect to Company Memory?

Every Skill reads from Company Memory before taking action. This means a Skill doesn't guess — it checks your actual processes, rules, and approval chains before executing. If a reorder threshold is set in your Memory, a Stock Check Skill will use that exact threshold. If a reporting rule changes, every Skill that touches reporting reflects that change automatically.

What types of operations can Pars automate?

Pars is designed for operational workflows that currently depend on people knowing the right context — procurement and inventory management, approval routing, compliance checks, internal reporting, vendor coordination, and operational decision-making. If your team is manually handling work that follows a consistent pattern and relies on company knowledge, Pars can structure and automate it.
